GROUP THERAPY SESSIONS

WHAT DOES GROUP THERAPY INVOLVE?

Attending a therapeutic group utilises the support of others to help facilitate change and new ways of responding and relating to feelings within ourselves and others. Connecting with others is really important for our emotional wellbeing, where learning within a group setting in which we feel safe, listened to and supported can be really beneficial.

The groups run over a 6 week course. Each group is facilitated by a therapist to discuss issues, tools and techniques. There is time for group discussion, without any pressure or judgment. Refreshments are provided.

Groups available:
Anxiety and Stress
Fertility Stress
Pregnancy Anxiety
Postnatal Anxiety
